D1 Spring Hill is in need of a high energy, enthusiastic person to join our Recruiting team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free trial workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT.
Recruiters are responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively, as well as maintaining facility cleanliness. Must be a self-motivated, team oriented person with a passion for sports/fitness. Sales, business operations and social media experience are preferrable, but not mandatory. This opening is part time, approx. 25-35 hours per week. Must be able to work mornings and evenings, as well as weekends.

D1 Training is the place for an athlete. A training brand founded by athletes, for athletes, and supported by professional athletes. D1 Training is an athletic-based training facility, focused on building a community of Athletes who can train and reach their goals together. With the backing of professional athletes such as Tim Tebow, Peyton Manning, Jason Witten, Chris Paul and Chipper Jones, our primary goal is to provide a training experience like that of a Division 1 athletic performance program. D1 has coached 1000’s of athletes and teams to reach their goals at all levels with over 75 sites nationwide.

Experiences We Deliver
D1 Training delivers experiences including Group Training, Private Training (D1on1), Small Group Training (D1 Overtime), Team Training, and Virtual Training (D1toU).

Our Coaches provide an elite-level training experience, typically only available to world-class collegiate and professional athletes. Our 5-Star Training System utilizes science-backed training and programming to develop high-level speed, agility, strength, and conditioning.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Must be resilient and not allow emotions to impact their sales ability & energy
  • Must be selfless and willing to set appointments for other sales staff for the greater good of the organization
  • Must be a high-energy person who shows up consistent every single day.
  • Must be a self-starter who is willing to outwork other sales people in the market
  • Must be curious and ask questions
  • Must genuinely care about prospects and feel comfortable leading them to make the right decision about their health and wellness
  • Must not be afraid to pick up the phone and make phone calls all-day to fresh leads who have not yet been to the D1 facility
  • Must be comfortable closing deals and collecting payment information
  • Must have conviction and belief in the services he/she is selling to the prospect
  • Must be a coachable person who is ready to show up at their best week in and week out
  • Must be a closer
  • Must be relentless
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree from an accredited university
  • Familiar with the local community; existing relationships with schools, coaches, and sports teams
  • Understanding of nutrition and how it relates to training
  • Knowledge of Mindbody and LoyalSnap software
Primary Responsibilities/Expectations
  • Primary focus everyday will be on working non-organic and organic leads and closing deals. For non-organic leads your will call and text all leads setting and/or confirming appointments. For organic social media leads you will be messaging leads, collecting contact information, and setting appointments
  • Ensure that the lead shows up for their appointment
  • Meets with all prospects in person to close sales for front-end offers
  • Meets with all prospects that are currently completing a free workout or in a duration-based offer to close them onto a membership
  • Must be able to close phone sales for any marketing promotions that require phone sales externally or internally
  • Must nurture leads and set free workout appointments and/or consultations when not in a sales appointment
